Lean Technologies

I led Lean's flagship launch, "Pay by Bank: The Default Way to Pay" (Dubai, June 2026). A Museum of Payments walkthrough that led guests into a hands-on checkout demo - plus the commercial training that connected demos to CRM follow-up.
I delivered Lean's Money20/20 Middle East booth end to end - concept, specification, build, live floor and led the PR/comms programme.
I built the guest operation as a “mini-ABM” engine. Target accounts selected first by revenue, fit and pipeline; the audience then mapped to the event type - product-launch crowds, executive tables and specialist boardrooms each get a different list. RSVPs, VIPs and follow-ups tracked per account.

I built the brand from scratch as a founding member - positioning, messaging, demand gen, lead gen, CRM segmentation and led six direct reports.
I told the story behind the startup and helped win three industry awards, including Innovation to Watch at 24 Fintech 2024.
I carried Abwab onto stages across six-plus countries - Dubai, Bahrain, London, South Africa and pitched at the Plug and Play Silicon Valley Summit in November 2025.
I turned conversations into 12+ partnerships - supporting expansion into the UAE, Egypt and the UK.

I co-ran the MENA Fintech Awards with ADGM and Abu Dhabi Finance Week, 2022-2024 - judge polling, production, content, partner liaison and post-event PR/comms.
I ran the rooms where fintech leaders spoke: payment boardrooms, stablecoin roundtables, executive dinners, and exclusive receptions.
I built every guest list as mini-ABM. Organisations selected first by revenue potential, sector and fit - then the audience mapped to the event: C-level for dinners, specialists for boardrooms, operators for launches.

I co-founded an EdTech during COVID with two friends. We reached PKR 100M in annual recurring revenue in two years, with two locations and more than 2,000 students.
I ran activations, roadshows, seminars, webinars and much more.

On stage and in the ecosystem

I spoke on the region's biggest stages while also participating in sessions and roundtables alongside founders and leaders.
I’ve mentored startups through the region's key programs - Misk, 500 Global, Plug and Play, MCIT's CODE, NTDP, Fintech Saudi and The Garage. At Tech Champions 5 in Jeddah I coached 20 AI-powered fintech founders on market entry, branding and growth. I also had the privilege to pitch Abwab at the Silicon Valley Summit in November’25.
